To find out more about this project, take a look at the What and Why? section, or just browse the links at the top of this page to access the HabiData Database or learn about Using the Database.
We welcome any submissions of data to HabiData – if you have some information to add to the repository, visit the Submitting Data section for a guide to how to submit. If you are planning to visit somewhere with wild amphibians, take a thermometer and a water testing kit with you – see our Collecting Data page for some helpful guidance on the best way to collect useful data.
Some information may also be useful for BIAZA’s Reptile and Amphibian Working Group (RAWG)’s UV-Tool, which provides information on UV requirements and general husbandry of many herp species.
Please feel free to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you want to get involved and join our team, or simply have a helpful suggestion as to how we can improve this site. You can find out more about the team who run it by visiting The Habidata Team.
We hope you will be able to both benefit from the information in our database and to contribute to it to help it grow.
